Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to the HelaShort Android app and the HelaShort pages on our official website, easterafai28417.com. It does not apply to other products, services, or websites, including the separate game Move this car.

The current version of HelaShort provides short-drama discovery and playback, favorites and viewing history, language selection, optional notifications, local feedback screens, and demonstration reward and withdrawal screens.

2. Information we process

HelaShort processes a limited set of information to request the drama catalog, deliver video, maintain a content-service session, and report basic playback activity.

Information HelaShort does not collect in the current version

• HelaShort does not request precise or approximate location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, files, or advertising ID permissions.
• The app does not require registration and does not collect a name, password, or social sign-in profile.
• PayPal email or Cash App account text entered in the demonstration withdrawal flow is not sent to a payment service or to us. No real withdrawal is completed by the current version.
• Text entered in the in-app feedback demonstration is not transmitted to a support server in the current version.
• The HelaShort pages on this website do not set cookies, run analytics, or collect form submissions. Selecting an email link opens your own email service.

3. How we use information

We process the information described above only to:

• authenticate the app's connection to the content service;
• load the drama catalog, episode metadata, artwork, and authorized video streams;
• record basic playback start, end, and position events needed to operate and understand content delivery;
• apply your language and notification choices;
• protect the service, diagnose failures, and maintain technical reliability; and
• comply with applicable law and enforce our rights.

We do not use HelaShort information for targeted advertising, cross-app tracking, credit decisions, or sale to data brokers.

4. How information is shared

HelaShort communicates with the HuntShorts content API at developer.huntshorts.ai to obtain catalog and video information and to report the playback events described above. The provider processes the app identifier, device/app information, playback activity, and network information needed to provide those services on our behalf or under its applicable service terms.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the service, investigate fraud or security issues, or complete a business transfer subject to appropriate protections. We do not share information with advertising networks, and the current app contains no advertising SDK.

5. Retention and deletion

The installation identifier, access token, language preference, and notification-explanation state remain on your device until you clear HelaShort's storage or uninstall the app. Favorites, history, feedback text, payout text, and demonstration reward data in the current version are not uploaded by HelaShort.

Server-side request and playback information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to deliver content, maintain security, diagnose service issues, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. When no longer needed, it is deleted or de-identified.

You may request deletion of information associated with your HelaShort installation by emailing biancabloom2025@gmail.com with the subject "HelaShort Data Deletion Request." We may ask for information needed to locate the relevant installation records and will respond within 30 days, subject to lawful exceptions.

6. Your choices and rights

• Notifications: decline the prompt or disable notifications in Android settings at any time.
• Local data: clear the app's storage or uninstall HelaShort to remove locally stored identifiers and preferences.
• Network processing: HelaShort needs internet access to retrieve remote catalog and video content. You can stop this processing by not using the online features or uninstalling the app.
• Privacy requests: depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or object to processing. Contact us using the address below.

7. Security

HelaShort uses encrypted HTTPS connections for network requests, stores app preferences in Android's app-specific storage, disables Android cloud backup for the app, and does not permit cleartext network traffic. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Children's privacy

HelaShort is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum digital-consent age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through HelaShort, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

9. International processing

The app, its developer, and its content-service infrastructure may operate in countries other than your own. Information may therefore be processed where privacy laws differ from those in your location. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when HelaShort's features, service providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version. Material changes will be presented through the app, this website, or another appropriate notice before they take effect when required.
